Returns Policy |
| Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any
unopened CD-ROM for a full refund. Any defective or damaged CD-ROM
will immediately be replaced. Please also send an Email, or Fax: + 44 (0)870 0117317 to tell me that the package has been sent and why. |
Packing and Sending Your Return |
| Please clearly describe the defect, problem, or damage with the
CD-ROM that has been opened and be sure to provide the invoice number (the invoice is sent enclosed with the
CD-ROM or include a print out of the confirmation email) and the e-mail
address, also the name of the person who purchased this order. Make sure the CD-ROM is packaged well and protected securely. For your own protection, we recommend that you only use Insured Post or courier for shipment. Once received by Actuality PhotoDigital you will be notified via e-mail or fax. Your refund (applicable only for an unopened CD-ROM) will be
in the same form of payment, originally used for the purchase, (within 7 to 10 business
days) of the receipt of your return. Please note that we only refund delivery costs
if the return is the result of our error. We only process returns and refunds, for items purchased from Actuality PhotoDigital, by the purchaser. |
